How to register a profile

Registering a profile on the Knowledge Lab Botswana platform is a quick and easy process. It is important to have access to an active email account as you will be required to confirm your account via email confirmation.

Follow these steps:

Step 1

Visit Knowledge Lab Botswana and click on Register (top right corner).

Here is a link to the Registration page: https://botswana.knowledgelab.health/Account/Register. 

Step 2

Complete the required information and click on Register.

Important info to complete while registering:

  • Select Council Number
  • Select your Registered Council (e.g. Botswana Health Professions Council - BHPC)
  • Specify your Profession
  • Enter your Professional Number as registered with your council

You will be directed to the following screen once completed from where you can resend your account verification email if not received the first time.

Step 3

Check your email as you will receive an account confirmation email at the email address used to register.

Click to confirm your Knowledge Lab account as directed.

*Please note: If you do not receive this email, check your junk/spam folder before contacting the Platform Support Team.

Step 4

Once you have confirmed your Knowledge Lab account, you can access the platform by logging in with your user details.
